Hello all I have a project I need some help with I want to make a led bar Indicator For a voltage source 3.3-11.3 can I mod this circuit for it

I'm using a power rheostat to control field current on my alternator welder.
I just want a visual indicator for it any help would be fantastic thanks.

 

Look up data sheet on LM391N, application as bargraph volt meter. or Forrest M Mims III, Engineer's Notebook II.
