Hi guys I bought some of those RP Female SM panel mount connectors Unfortunately they didn't come with any specs I assumed they were for RG174 cable but what I already have for RG174 cable O.D is way too small there's no way those connectors are for RG174 or RG58U (cable is too big) If I take my calliper and measure the crimp ring (bottom piece on the picture) I get those measurements

Outside Diameter of the ring = 0.200"
Inside Diameter of the ring = 0.171"

Which measurements do I go buy to find the right type of cable?

That is an SMA connector.
What are you trying to connect?

 

Extend a 5.8Ghz antenna I don't think RG174 goes that high anyways. That leaves me with LMR cables but according to this http://www.accesswds.com/DataSheets/Cable_Comparison.pdf
RG174 is the same size as LMR100 so that wouldn't work ( too small) and LMR 200 is the same size as RG58U (too big) That leaves me with RG 316 I know it's not the right way of doing this but I can't wait a month to get that stuff off ebay and the store where I bought the connectors only had those in stock and I need RP female SMA which is a bit harder to find as well!!

 

It could be for RG402.

 

Almost but I need 2.3mm or less for the insulation and the RG402 is 3.6mm but it's pretty close!!!
