Please let me know whether this is possible or not .

I'm new to electronics and gadgets, but I'd like to do a project in electronics . So I want to know is it possible to ;

DIRECTLY CONNECT A CAMERA ( I mean not a completed camera, I'm talking about the camera element, ex VGA camera from EBAY, like used in cheap mobile phones ) to a LCD display panel directly without a computer . I think this can be done using a PIC, so please let me know if it's possible .

You can connect a camera with a VGA output to an LCD with a VGA input.
Otherwise, no. You have to convert the data from a camera element to inputs required by the LCD. This usually requires an intelligent processor.
