How does it work: Cross coupled LC oscillator

Could someone please help me understand the basic operation of cross coupled LC oscillator.

See figure 5 of this website (near bottom)

Would be grateful if someone could explain its basic operation stage by stage of oscillation (ignore the squegging network at the bottom half of circuit).

I couldn't find much explanation online.
