How Does A ZVS Driver Work?

I was planning on building an induction heater as I saw that this used an oscillator circuit to produce AC. However, I was confused as to exactly how this particular circuit worked. I have had experience with BJT-based astable mulitvibrators that use an RC circuit to provide oscillation, but in this ZVS cirsuit there are two Zener Diodes instead. Could some please explain how this circuit works? All I can work out so far is that the Zener Diode breaks down and causes one MOSFET to turn on and conduct. My confusion begins as I attempt to understand how this the MOSFET turns off again. Please explain this circuit to me.

Much appreciated,

Have you built your induction heater yet? Check out this site. I haven't built one either but plan on doing so in the near future.

Click on the project link and then on the DIY projects. At the bottom is a very nice tutorial on how to built an induction heater (schematic included).
