I don’t use paper, a text file or an app. My technique of using an algorithm to generate unique site-specific passwords lets me regenerate them as needed. For banking/financial, I use a different algorithm that generates a 20 character password.

I keep it in my head. It’s simple enough. Thus, it’s not programmed anywhere. Under torture, I might give it up but I find that event unlikely.

Exactly. Its also peace of mind knowing that if someone wants to steal all your secrets they can't simply kill you and cut off your finger for access. Not that I have secrets anyone wants, but in my spare time I think of these things.
