How do I build my own logic trainer?

Hi folks,I want to build my own logic trainer.My class notes say I can do it but dont tell me how and I cant find anything on the net.Im sure someone here can help me.Thanks

there are so many IC that it is a complex thing to do. Once a biult a digital tester which is basicly the same. The way i achieveed was to install sockets on a board with all the pins available on a connector the i used a e-prom to program to test the chip. programming the e-prom is no bigy just got to have switches to tell at what add to start the test.
