Using Google Chrome, usually if I try to access a site that is down, I will be given the option to access a cached version. Right now I am trying to access a site that is down, and I am not given that option. My error reads as follows:

So I was wondering if there is a way to proactively access a cached version of a site without being offered the option by google chrome.Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /index.php on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
