how connect Parallel or series fluorescent lamp

Dear All
I have an shemas 9 watts fluorescent driver (please see picture), and 2 tubes lamp 4w only.
Could you show me how connect 2 tubes :
_ Parallel or serial

If you tried to connect them either way, your driver would still be too much power for the tubes, and they would have a short life.

If you connected them in parallel, the current through the tubes would not be balanced unless the driver was designed for that; so one tube would burn out very quickly.

If you connected them in series, the voltage required to ionize the tube would double; the tubes may not light at all.

You need to match the proper driver(s) to the tube(s).
