how can i calculate the cut off frequency of this waveguide using MATLAB "Problem"

for a rectangular waveguide designed to carry frequencies in the 8.2GHz to 12.4GHz band in the dominant TE10 mode ,, with the inside dimensions a=0.9 in = 2.286 cm ..... b=0.4 in = 1.016 cm ...
Calculate ((Using Matlab)) its cutoff frequency for each of the following modes in this waveguide ::
TE10 , TE01 , TE11 , TE20 , TE21 , TM11 , TM12 , TM21 , TM22


please help ASAP ...
