Horizon Quantum II - IC chip Identification

Hi,
I have a motor control board from a horizon quantum II treadmill with the U10 location IC chip burnt out. It starts with LM3xxx the IC chip next to it is a LM324N but the board layout looks like the burnt chip should be different to its neighbour.
does anyone have a schematic or picture of a similar control board by any chance to identify this chip ?
