Home theatre reset code.

Please can anyone help me with the reset code for Lg home theatre with model no HT355SD? It doesn't display on TV and there's no sound. It won't eject but other functions seem to work on the front display.

Google says...
press and hold stop for 5 seconds. (assuming you accidentally turned progressive scan on)

Or you could just have it wired incorrectly.
