HIP4082 Advice and Experiences needed

Hello all,

I am trying to build a H-Bridge using a HIP4082 but I can't get it to work reliably. I use 12V supply for the IC and the source for the MOSFET's as well.

I don't know what is wrong with it, but it keeps heating up when I turn the inputs HIGH. I have a green and a red led to show which way the motor would turn and I have 15ohm gate resistors for the FET's. Bootstrap Capacitors are 0.1uF.

I have 10K pull-ups on the Inputs and I'm pulling them low with a dip switch. I keep the High Side inputs High, and switch the Low Side. I noticed that when I turn ALI high, BHI and ALI goes to 8V instead of 12V. This happens on AHI and BLI as well... This is when the IC starts to heat up.

Anyone had similar experiences? Any tips or suggestions? This is my second chip as the first one probably burned out because of this heating. I built the circuit as in the datasheet.
