Hello evry one, pls i need some hlp on smps. the power section of my ocsiloscope got bad, and i thought of building another for it. the voltages are + & - 8.6v , 30v , 100v and 2kv for the CRT.
i used sg3524 pwm ic for the controller. I discovered that without the 2kv winding on the the transformer all other out puts will be generated. But once i put the 2kv winding, all other outputs will be halfed and the switching device will be very hot(max duty cyc). I dont know y dis is so can any one hlp?. The sullpy voltage is 42v. the 2kv winding is 670T frequecy is 85khz. the primary is 14T.
I need help on how to get all outputs or design for a seperate 2kv source.
