Hi all. I have used the LM-35 before, and it's a great device.
I'm wondering if there's anything similar for higher temps?
200-250C would be nice. I have my doubts, but thought I'd ask.

According to one application note, the LM34/LM35 has a high end temp sensing range of 300 degrees F.

The general high temp device is the thermocouple, works almost up to the point it melts, probably higher than what you need. Glass enclosed thermistors also often go to high temps.
