I need an optpcoupler which can work with the timing shown in the attached file (amplitude is 5 volts).

Can anybody recommend a proper one??? (the part-number)

Thanx Bertus, but It didn't help even the "high speed" ones' delay times are in range of some microseconds in their switching specifications!!

 

HCPL0710 is among the lowest delay optos you can get. If it's not good enough then you're SOL
