HI,
I want to use a high-side MOSFET (P or N?) to switch and non-inductive load. I will be using a 50-percent duty cycle square wave from 0-150Khz. The VCC will be up to 50VDC.
Q: I realize that up to recently, P-chan MOSFETs were more expensive and had higher RDSon, but things have changed. I am open to using either. I would like to use a Linear Technology LTC4440. Is this a good choice to accomplish my high-voltage, high-speed requirement?
