High constant current sink

High constant current sink! Right now I have a problem in finding a available power source for charge and discharge of EDLC.
It required to be charge and discharge at a constant current of 30A, and the voltage is about 10 V or so.

Do you think these can work or the current is far too high>
If so, what can I do? I am not familiar with this
