Why don't you use a servo or stepper motor instead of a DC motor?

It will be a lot easier than trying to use a DC motor.

By the way, "HELP" as a subject line is not very helpful to those who might help you.

It sounds like you want someone else to do all of the work for you.

Have you looked at Microchip's application notes on motor control? There are lots of examples.
