I was thinking to built one like this, http://www.azega.com/controlling-a-stepper-motor-with-an-arduino-part-2/ but a good friend told me that I can use this, ALLEGRO SANKEN - SLA7026M - Motor Driver IC I have one small motor driver 800 mA and I want to run one 2 Amp stepper motor With a separate power supply, I need help for some one who can make a connections drawing included the other components required.
My friend told me that I need a 2 power resistors (sense resistors) and a couple of other resistors to set the reference voltage to control the current. And even use a resistor and a pot to make the current adjustableI am new in electronics so I want to know how to put this together
