help with this rectifier

this component is in a circuit that im working on trying to repair now pin 1 has 150v pin 2 0v pin3 0v pin 4 150v when i look at the wave forms on my oscilloscope pin one and i can see them switching 3 4 is just like noise no steady reading whats so ever can any one make out what they should be doing in the circuit they are feeding some components but just want to be sure

sorry i should have gave more detail yes its switch mode power supply out of a tv there is power in the tv but its like one half of the board is not getting any power what are these pins i wonder

Be careful with that side of the supply. Pins 2 & 3 of the bridge (look at the data sheet) are the AC inputs. You may not read voltage with your meter on DC setting.

i had my meter set to 500v still had a zero reading but some how i think if its only ac reading it cant be the fault cause the dc reading is 150v what do you think
