Help with PLL for dsPIC30F3014

Hello,

I need to know if this instruction will grant me a PLL of 16x for dspic30F3014:

_FOSC(CSW_FSCM_OFF & FRC_PLL16)

It will result a frequency of 16*7.37 ~= 120 MHZ ???
