Not that I know of, but I've been wrong before.

You could protoboard one however, schematics abound.

If you want to learn how to make one yourself this is the site.

I do a lot of artwork on protoboard wiring, take a look at it and see if it is something you think you could handle.

You miss the point of this site, we teach people how to do electronics. It isn't difficult, and in most cases you will not be able to afford the caliber of people helping out here.
