How to bias a NMOS with a 10uA Current Source created with a constant gm Current Mirror.
Pics included of the mirror.
Questions is: How exactly do I use the 10uA reference current to bias a "diode connected" gate tied to drain NMOS, which will be temperature independent?
My "ideal" current source works perfect, being insensitive to VDD changes, as well as runs perfectly at 10uA at 2.5V Vdd.

Design 2 (Cascode NMOS). For both designs: K = 4 and R ~= 9k
