Is there any one from MIT or BU?
I am from India and i want to join one of these universities for MS. Now I am doing engineering in Electronics and Communication in a government approved engineering college in India. For going abroad to do MS, do I have to write IELTS along with GRE or just GRE score will be enough?

 

Wouldn't it make more sense to go directly to the home page of the universities you are applying to? Each school has its own application requirements. It is more direct to get the answer there. After all, someone here may make a mistake and, even if the person who answers went to the schools you are applying to, the requirement may have changed since then.

Also, consider that a person working in a university admissions office is typically not also an electronics enthusiast.
