How do you design a circut using 74LS190 or 191 that can count from 2 to 7 continuously . I know you would have to use some sort of NAND or AND gate just unsure how.

Could you give a bit more details.

 

Use the '191 - it has a preset control. The clock following the count to 7 presets to 2.

 

as in go 2.3.4.5.6.7 and then go back to 2and count to 7 again repeatedly

 

how do you get it to preset back to 2
