hi all and happy new year.
    could any one help ?
I bought this simple 2000W AC 50-220V 13KHZ regulator Motor speed control controller off ebay but the crafty 2@ts have sanded out the part number so need help to identify it.

    • Working Voltage: AC 50-220V
    • Control Power: 2000w
    • Static Current: 0.02 A ( Standby )
    • SCR Duty Cycle: 10% -100%
    • SCR Frequency: 13 KHz

It can;t use a TRIAC or SCR at 13kHz, it's probably a IGBT transistor as a PWM driver.

Can you post other views of your board? I really don't see where the 13kHz can be coming from. I do see what may be a diac (blue component near heat sink at right side). This would indicate Triac control at line frequency.
