Hello,
I need to amplify a digital output to switch a SSR.
The SSR has a input of 3-32v dc.
My output is a signal from a dr daq data logger 3.3vdc 1ma.
Can anyone give advice on best method of achieving this?

Much Appreciated.

Your load (3.5va = 16mA) is pretty small. Why do you want to use a SSR?

Do you require the optical isolation for safety? Maybe the zero-cross capability?

Anyway, the control input already looks TTL compatible. They do not specify the input current at 5V, so it may be prudent to buffer the input with a 7407 open-collector buffer with a pull-up resistor.

Input Data Operating Voltage 3~32VDC Min. ON / OFF Voltage ON > 2.4V , OFF < 1.0V Trigger Current 7.5mA / 12V Control Method Zero Cross Trigger

The reason for the ssr is for safety the soilnoid being operated is 220vac.
I do not have any experience with electronics could you do a quick schematic.
