I'm having problems idenitfying this Crystal oscillator from its markings. Does anyone know what this device is and the frequency?

It is a crystal not a crystal oscillator. I can not read the markings from your photo. Are you able to read them?

No doubt it is made by CTS corp, but I could not find that part number.

As you can see, the part number deviates from their current format so it may be a custom value which you would have to contact CTS to determine but probably ~16.37MHz.

 

What kind of board is it. Can you post a picture of the board?
