Help needed

    Hi there I am electrical student and have a challenging project. I need to build a load step that works on low voltage as much as 0.9 V, gives current more than 20 A and slew rate is adjustable(min 5A/us). I have about two weeks to finish.

    P.S. If someone can provide me the document with the design diagram, would be lifetime help to me. Thanks in advance, to all good people on earth. Help me !!

    hello there...thanks for the comment but was not homework on the first place. Secondly, this is the list of things i tired so far

    Use MOSFET as the load and control it to use it as current source under the constant voltage.
    Provide the wave signal to the input of MOSFET driver.
    the most important and problematic thing is with slew rate control.
    is simple thing but got stuck there...
    and yes the slew srate should be higher than 5A/us..

    Use an op amp with a MOSFET to generate a controllable constant current such as this (you can use other op amps such as a single supply type).

    To control slew rate, you can use an op amp integrator.
