Hey guys, I could really use some help here. I have a series of layouts that I need to convert to schematics. My book and teacher really aren't that helpful.

I know that where red crosses green is a transistor, the pmos are located at the top, and the nmos are located at the bottom. I also understand how to determine if they are in series or parallel but other than that, I'm kind of lost. I have attached a sample problem.

Can anyone help me out or at least point me to some helpful resources?

Thanks!

I'd be surprised if you could find such a tool. Doing it manually is the only way I know of to do it, and it might take you the rest of your life for a typical VLSI chip. Of course the chip would be obsolete long before you created the schematic, much less the simulations, and other materials needed to understand and fabricate the chip.
