Help needed with operating a Push Button according to a Logic input

hi :)
i'm on a project where there is a capacitor that is charged according to a voltage input and when the logic of the circuit output becomes one (or zero; when the logic is changed) the capacitor should be discharged via a push button. instantaneously. i would be much obliged if anyone can help me out with a suitable switching arrangement

I don't understand what you mean by "a push button". That's a human-interface device. Do you want the circuit to discharge the cap by itself, without human intervention? Also, nothing is instantaneous, so you'll need to define a time in seconds, ms, µs, ns, whatever is relevant.
