is that a different set up from the circuit drawing?

i'm compairing the two but i'm confusing myself with the switch being at the opposite side, lol

Here's a layout using a board similar to a popular Radio Shack board:

Catalog #276-150 ; about $2.20. It'll save you from some wiring hassles.

I tried to go for minimal jumpers to keep things more or less simple, and fairly quick to wire up.

Go ahead, show me up Sgt. Might as well stick with what we know best. It was my first time with the software.

Nope, the circuit is the same, it's appearance is dependent upon the board layout. Either Sgt. or I could have easily placed the switch on the left. Just comparing his design and mine but with different layout makes a bit of difference. A lot depends on part placement too.

PEBBLE takes a bit to get used to. Most of it is pretty straight-forwards, but there are some subtle nuances to using jumpers to get them to do what you want to do. For example, you can't directly run a jumper diagonally, but you can use more than one jumper with "insulated ends" to create an L-shaped or zig-zagged jumper. The offsets can help you make a layout more clear where you otherwise would have had to run jumpers over the top of each other.

If more than one object is occupying the same space, the last one placed will be on top.

Just figured out how to make a cap vertical! I'm a genius!

Hey, did I choose the right wattage resistor for the LED's (1/2W)?

I've ordered all the parts once they arrive i'll get started to the circuit and get the pics posted up. Hopefully it'll work ;-)

Did you order the bread board or the prototype board that I suggested?

We may have to go with my wiring diagram if this is the case, even though Sgt's board made a more efficient use of space. Maybe Sgt. or I can rewire my layout to be a tad more efficient and compact.

I ordered the breadboard that requires soldering.

I've started the circuit however I've never soldered/used a Capacitor 330uF. Does the short stem get wired to the negative side of the circuit?

Here is the breadboard layout, which may be comparable with the proto board you ordered.

Verify anyone please!

apologies bumping this thread. just windering if this project was co
pleted and if its possible for me to use this as well. i will be using this for the same exact application. i have some soldering skill but just wondering if the circuit above is pretty much all i need and part are the same value as the picture says? thanks and your reply will be very much appreciated.
