hello i want to make an electronic dice on PCB. i tried to use ORCAD to make the layout of the PCB but i could not find PCB footprints of many of my components.. so i could not use it..

Please suggest a PCB layout software that i can use for the following components..

3 - 330R resistors
1 - 1k
9 - 10k
1 - 1M
1 - 3M3
1 - 4M7
1 - 10M
1 - 100n capacitor
1 - 1u 16v electrolytic
3 - BC 547 transistors
2 - BC 557
1 - 555 IC
1 - CD4017 IC
7 - 5mm Red LEDs
1 - PCB mount push button

FreePCB is very good. You can do a simple job "on the fly" but the chance of making mistakes is high. It would be best if you use a schematic capture program with a netlist output.

By the way, that project could be done with a lot fewer components if you use a microcontroller.

Just because a PCB layout program doesn't have the correct parts doesn't mean you can't use it. You "learn" to "make" them yourself in the programs component/layout (pattern) editor.
