That's a bit vague,
what have you been leaning in your electronics class, you could pick a project on what you've been doing previously,
something that could incorporate everything you've learnt...

 

Has your instructor placed any requirements/limitations on the project selection?

The hobby world needs a copper printer. One that hobbyists can insert a blank copperless composite board and print copper traces directly onto it, bypassing the need for toner transfer and etching. Make it, and I will buy it.
