i'm working with the ATMEGA family (ATMEL AVR) and working in a small project and i need the ATMEGA 8515 chip and can't find it in the Capture lib , i know that there is a lib called MICROCONTROLLER but i can't find in it what i want. please help me with this problem...

If it is not there then it is not there. I assume you are looking for the symbol and not the simulation model. You could try looking at the Atmel website or failing that just create the symbol yourself. It is not that difficult.

If you are looking for the simulation model, then it is another matter. There is only a slim chance that a simulation model is available for that chip.
