I have a project using REDLED sensor to check the mark on paper like on the LOTO TICKET. Can Anybody help me to show me the P/N or where can search and buy that component. Thanks!

fairchild semi-conductors or national has a combination light sencor and led combo with a low power switching transistor in 1 package
