Hey can anyone try help me identify this component in the pic below. The picture quality isn't good but that's the best i can take.. sorry about that.

The printed letters on top of it reads "R125 000 KCG2D"
i believe it is a crystal? i tried google but i can't find its info/datasheet.
Anyone can suggest some simple circuits/project that i can build using crystal as i got a bunch of them from a friend.
