Help locating a harvested diode's datasheet

Hi again,

I harvested a beefy looking rectifying diode, it has engraved on it the following (this sizing aswell):

D28 - 06 33...

It has a dotted line with squareish dots which I believe to indicate the anode.

The only similar reference is a hockey puck diode, rated for 3000V and 1500Amps manufactured by ABB, and I doubt it is this one :p

If more info is necessary, it has been harvested from a '95 Sony Trinitron's PCB.

Kermit, you know you're my hero, right?

They are EXACTLY like the ones on the datasheet. So, they're fast recovery (aka Schottky) diodes.. 600V 1.5A, that's AMAZING because I happen to need some high voltage Schottkys to replace burnt ones (a stupid mistake that caused a shortcircuit. gah).

Thanks a lot!
