Help Importing Models (Components) In TINA or LTspice IV

I'm new to circuit simulators and am trying to get my hands around TINA and LTspice IV.

I've been having trouble importing new models of components in both TINA and LTspice. I'm very new to both so I'm pretty lost. Any help would be great.
