I cannot find anywhere a datasheet or something about the IC from the schematic or from electronics supplyers.

I need an equivalent or something for making the schematic.

This chip is a project from Talking Electronics. I believe it is a microcontroller that has been programmed by him and hung with the name to imply it is a 555 circuit of some type, it isn't. He is willing to sell it if you are willing to buy.

He does have simple dice circuitry you might have better luck with in his book.



For the record, Collin Mitchel and I have bumped heads quite hard. We are not friends.

I need to figure out a variable speed oscillator for it, fast when button is pressed, slowly slows down when released.
