Howdy,:)

I had found an old schematic posted in an edition of the journal of chemical education from september of 1969.
http://pubs.acs.org/doi/abs/10.1021/ed046p613

Everything it is okay with me. I can understand all, except one thing.

I know this is basics regarding full wave rectifiers when working with AC.

I can't find the datasheet for this diode ISJ150. Did anyone on this forum have heard of these?. Where i can find an equivalent?.

Assistance on this matter will be kindly helpful for me.:)

Okay i will try to find the 1N4007 at my local electronics store. Although i have been unable to find the datasheet belonging to that diode. It seems 4007 will make a good replacement.

Apparently, the ISJ150 used to be stocked many years ago by RS Components in the UK. I have no idea who originally manufactured it.
