If I allowed you ,i need circuit to high the sound of my speaker that 4Ω & 4.5w.
Mean
my speaker its sound is low because i take the signal from
pic direct.
so,i need a circuit to make the signal from pic adapt whit my speaker.

Your Engrish is horrible.
I think you need an amplifier with an output of 4.5W into a 4 ohms speaker. A simple amplifier will use a 16VDC supply.

Then design the amplifier or find one in Google. There were 120 car amplifier ICs available a few years ago.
