please can any one help me by suggesting ideas of graduation projects in the field of electromagnetic waves or antenna or RF.
and especially if this project have "design ,simulate,hardware output"

That is much too broad a set of topics. Just electromagnetic waves covers frequencies from a small fraction of a Hz to gamma rays, way up above light. It is only somewhat more constrained for antennas and RF.

 

when i said electromagnetic waves i mean something like waveguides and filter in the range of gigahertz
