The libraries from @Bordodynov and/or the LTspice group at groups.io have this model. The probable name is CD4538. The part number you mentioned was unique to Motorola and they left the room decades ago.

Unzip for two files.
.lib into the lib
CDlogic into lib/sym folder

Ask if you have a problem.
