This is from a petsafe inground fence transmitter. The part number I think is bad is p0720EB. I found it on mouser but the shipping is killing me, 2 dollars for 2 pieces but shipping puts it at almost $10. I replaced the resistor that was 2.4 ohms 1 watt and I think now the T0-92 PKG might be bad. I tested the 2 on the board and they test as a short. Not sure but trying to find replacements. Any help is greatly appreciated.

That looks like a Teccor Sidactor, Littlefuse have taken over the Teccor line.

DigiKey has a replacement for them and is usually pretty good with shipping.
