hi

im searching for a BUL59 npn high voltage fast-switching power transistor, I know that the equivelent is a philips BUJ204A

But i cant seem to find anyone in the uk including ebay, that sells either (without a min order of £20) I only need 2.

Anyone got any ideas?

Take a look at the BUL416, that is more freely available.

I wondered if the lighting board you are talking about is A Prosound Smart Disco Light?
Just that I have just started searching the net for BUL59's to fix said disco light and found this post.
If it is the same lighting board I was looking for tips fault finding it. I have some electronic knowledge but switching supplies confuse me. Oh and I know a guy who lives near farnell and I am going to see if he can get me some BUL59's. Would you be interested in me putting some for sale on ebay.(If I can get a few without the min £20 Order) May take a few days to get them.
