I have DC 12v power supply I need to build a battery charger that allows 4 1.2vNi-MH batteries charging together or individually. And they should be able to switch from quick charging to trickle charging as wish. When quick charging the current go through each battery is 150mA and trickle charging is 15mA. Each battery also should be read from Matlab, so there's 5v supply from the DAQ for each battery as well.
Here is my design for 2 batteries in so far and it's definitely wrong I need to know how to change it right. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You will find many good battery charger IC on the marked. I would use one them.
