Hi,

I have a big problem in my project. I brought 4 MOSEFET Transistors N-channel that have a number BUZ11
I tried to connect them as an H-Bridge and use it to drive a DC Motor, and I tried to turn them ON using PWM with 10Volt DC pulse, but the transistors did not operate never.

How can I make the transistors operate as I want. Is there a driving circuit for them.

Please, If any one has an answer or Idea, reply to my order.

Must have gate voltage higher than source voltage on upper MOSFETs. When upper MOSFETs conduct, their gates must be higher than their drains! A second voltage source is needed:

H-bridge using N channel FETs

Here is one that I got to work with a 64.1KHz resonator (but not with the 4MHz resonator shown in my schematic):
