Hello Everyone,
I am designing a Series resonant full bridge Convereter.I have also attached the circuit which I simulated. I need some help in designing a Driver circuit for this circuit.
Can anyone suggest me a driver circuit for my application.
Application: I wanna operate this H-Bridge circuit just above resonant frequency(29 KHz) úsing ZVS . The input DC voltage is 330 V DC(which is obtained from a bridge rectifier and a big capacitance). Then from this H-Bridge , I feed my step-Up transformer and 6KV sinusoidal output has to be achieved. I have already designed my transformer.
And the capacitance is also chosen for the Series Resonance circuit.
Which driver topology would suit this application?
Just a brief explanation would be helpful with some sketches or circuits!
*I am a bit confused with Upper Side MOSFET driving techniques.
